Servo-controlled slides move the blanks through the machine.
The first two DD 350-II spoke-reducing machines of the new generation for single- and double-thick spokes have been successfully commissioned at a customer site in Asia. In daily production, they achieve the specified throughput of 40 blanks per minute—a tenfold increase compared to conventional systems—while maintaining roundness tolerances of just 0.02–0.03 mm.
Innovation: servo-controlled forming. Like all Amba machines, the new DD 350-II is an All-in-One system, completing every step from wire unwinding to finished blank within a single machine.
